		<description>you claim that prevention of communal violence bill is in favour of society at large does not convince many people including me as it differentiate between various community and demand the authority to take action selectively rather that protecting victim irrespective of his identity. This bill fragmentize the society in different group and preassume the conviction of majority community. instead of going into root cause of riot, it generalise the issue as conflict of majority minority. i can tell many instance where this law will be helpless and will create more problem than solution. Hindu dominated state like andhra has muslim dominated cities like hyderabad where riots are mostly instigated in muslim area so whom will be treated as minority. shia sunni conflict in lucknow, Tribal hindu and christian conflict in orrisa, north indian rioting in kurla, sikh youngsters group visting himachal clash with local for their own mistake, tamil brahmin in tamilnadu by dravidian group. there is another aspects of violating federal structure of india, where law &amp; order is a state subject and many states have raised objection. instead of looking the conflict from majority minorty perspective, you should focus on improving judicial process,police reform &amp; creating harmony between various group i.e. religious or liguistic. your bill is nothing but a way to further increare the existing gap between these groups, so kindly think over it.</description>

Pardon me for using english now,though I admit that the burden on my soul of being a &quot;Macaulay&#039;s child&quot; is as heavy as anything.I would present here my understanding of The bhagwadgita and the meaning of Dharma as I understand it.I think that many people are confused between the meaning of dharma and religion.Dharma means the eternal laws,the principle of cosmic order,virtue, righteousness,truthfullness,honesty,justice whereas religion translates to a particular system of faith and worship,esp. social and caste duty in accord with the cosmic order,in other ways religion is only a way of life to establish dharma.
I do not see Adi Shankaracharya,Gautam Buddha,Mahavir,Jesus Christ,Muhammad Saheb and many other people as religious people,rather I see them as social reformers who tried in their own way to establish the authority of dharma as explained in the vedas and the upanishads(esp. bhagwadgita which is the essence of these two).Krishna always says that stick to the principles of dharma and you will definitely find me,follow these eternal principles of righteousness and you are sure to be free.It doesn&#039;t matter whether you go to a temple,a mosque or a church,just follow these principles and remember me in your heart and you are sure to create a complete identity between yourself and me(this is how he ensures what you said : जब जब धर्म की हानि होने लगती है और अधर्म आगे बढ़ने लगता है, तब तब मैं स्वयं की सृष्टि करता हूं, अर्थात् जन्म लेता हूं । सज्जनों की रक्षा एवं दुष्टों के विनाश और धर्म की पुनःस्थापना के लिए मैं विभिन्न युगों (कालों) मैं अवतरित होता हूं.He doesn’t come in the same physical form as he is formless,rather he rises in anyone who follows dharma,who sticks to these principles…in other words,the adherent of these principles becomes Krishna himself).Ramayana and Mahabharata are our national epics,they teach us clearly about dharma.The fact is that both Rama and Ravana where adherent of the hindu way of life or the hindu religion,yet Ram fought on the side of dharma and Ravana fought against of it,both the Pandavas and the Kauravas where hindus if you allow me to call them but dharma was in pandavas side.
So,dear brother,this is how I understand Krishna&#039;s message.I hope you also agree with me.
Now coming back to your views which you have expressed in your post,you seem to be not liking the fact that social activists like Aruna Roy,Nikhil Dey,Medha Patkar and many other are only conscious of the issues concerning the muslims.This is not right.Firstly,since the same investigation agencies which gathered evidences behind 13 december 2001 parliament attack,26/11 Mumbai attack and many other such terrorist attacks,were also  behind the investigation of the 2007 Samjhauta Express bombings,so if they are wrong in asserting that the blast was masterminded by Swami Aseemanand and Pragya Thakur,they are also wrong in their above two investigations.As far as your views on Binayak Sen is concerned,the very fact that he has been exonerated by the  Supreme court ,clearly indiacates that he was wrongly accused.Secondly,people like Aruna Roy,Nikhil Dey have better understanding of the political and social occurances in our country as they are working on the grassroot level unlike people like us who find pleasure in debating their credibility.These are the people who fought for us irrespective of our religious faith to get us the RTI act.Being  a true adherent of dharma themselves,they would definitely object to any adharma taking place in the name of caste,religion or social status.For ex NAC has recently drafted 
“ PREVENTION OF COMMUNAL AND TARGETED VIOLENCE (ACCESS TO JUSTICE AND REPARATIONS) BILL, 2011”.This bill has provisions for the hindu minorities(Kashmiri pundits) in the state of Jammu &amp; Kashmir.The main person behind this bill is Aruna Roy who is a member of NAC.This proves that they are concerned about the society at large,irrespective of their faith.</description>
